Estimate requests

When you request an estimate, we collect the contact and project details you provide so we can respond, discuss the work, and manage your request. The Customer Factor processes the estimate form and stores the request in our business account. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, address, or project notes to Google Analytics.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, the pages people view, traffic sources, phone-link and email-link clicks, clicks to the estimate form, our Google profile, social networks and other outbound websites, and confirmed estimate requests when the website can detect them. Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to distinguish visits. It helps us understand which marketing brings inquiries. These reports do not tell us whether a phone call was completed or a job was booked.

You can decline analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of each page. Declining analytics does not prevent you from requesting an estimate.
