Preparing for Winter

Fall is just around the corner and with it comes the cool crisp air, football games, and bonfires. Pumpkins will start to ripen and leaves will start to change into beautiful reds, yellows, and oranges. It's truly a magnificent sight to see, however not as wonderful for the yard.

Autumn leaves provide a deadly shade for our grass, if left to fester it brings bugs such as slugs and snails. If the leaves aren't cleaned up prior to winter, they become soggy and wet leaving them harder to clean and more susceptible to carrying diseases.

Our only solution is to get all our work done before winter comes. What all is suggested to finish before winter though? The obvious would be to harvest, seeing as the season is called harvest in the fist place. It is also suggested however, that we also do; one last mow, break up soil and mulch plants, clear out all of the leaves, clean out gutters, and wash the roof and chimney, before and after winter.

The list goes on and on, it is very overwhelming.

Luckily, you can call Prowash Missouri. We will clean out the leaves for you as well as wash your roof and chimney. Additionally, we provide lawn services and deck restoration. Call soon and schedule an appointment as our books are filling up fast.
